SESSION FEE COVERAGE

Photographic portraiture involves two services. The first is the photographic session, creating the photography and making previews for you to examine. The second is the making of the final print, artwork, mounting, surface enhancement, and protection of the print.

The session fee covers both of these services. The fee does not apply toward the order and must be paid at the time of the session.

PROPS

Talk to us if you have an idea or item you would like to be incorporated into your photo shoot. We are willing to work with you to fulfill your vision.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Session fees are due at the time of the photography session. An additional $50.00 deposit is payable when you pick up your proofs. The deposit will be subtracted from the total order. One half of the total amount is due at the time the order is picked up. Michigan sales tax applies to all orders. We accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.

A Mileage Fee may apply to non Grand Rapids based shooting locations.

All Prices are subject to Michigan Sales Tax.

PROOFS

Previews are to show the various poses and expressions made by our photographer. No retouching, print finishing, or color balancing has been done at this time. This is done on the final print. All previews are the legal property of Mark Alistair Cooper Photography and must be returned by time the first order is placed. After a $50.00 minimum order, previews may be

purchased in a minimum set of 8 in a presentation folio for $49.95. Additional previews may be purchased at $7.00 each.

ARTWORK

Artwork is done on each print 4x5 and larger. The artist can remove blemishes and soften harsh lines to enhance the subject without destroying character. Corrections of hair and clothing are not included in this process, however more extensive artwork can be done if necessary at an additional charge.

DELIVERY

Our regular schedule of delivery is approximately 27 days from the time the order is placed.
